Hello. This is DREAMJET KOREA.
Today, I'm gonna show you the Leather UV Printing Sample.
This material is special leather.
As you know, Many luxury items are used the snakeskin.
Let's look the material.
There is some curved on material. but do not worry.
Uou can use our vacuum system in Dreamjet 329 UV printer.
It helps the material flat while printing.
White inks 45% / Resolution 2880x1440 dpi
Color inks 25% / Resolution 2880x1440 dpi
Because the material background color is black,
we have to print the white printing for color before.
The white printing is done.
Now is the color print on the white printing.
As you can see the color is very vivid and quality is also good.
The color printing is done.
And let's print another image.
Tropical image is printed by Dreamjet 329 UV Printer.
And, Now we print another method for three-dimesional feeling.
White inks 130% / Resolution 2880x1440 dpi
Color inks 25% / Resolution 2880x1440 dpi
As you can see, the white layer generation is white gradient.
So, you can feel the difference between white and black layer by touching.
and the color print again.
You can feel the printing hard and lumpy.
And the same image print by different setting.
