This sample was from our business partner.

Let's look the materials.

This is Normal white Golf ball.

We have a Mould for Printing the Golf Ball.

To set the golf ball in the printing mould.

Color Limit : 40% (Large Dot)

Color Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi

Printing quality is good and vivid.

As you can see, It is very easy to make the customized golf ball.

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.

This is DREAMJET KOREA
Today, I'm gonna show you the Appreciation Plaque UV Printing.
This sample was from our business partner.

Let's look the materials.

The material ,thickness is 15mm, transparency crystal.

  

To set on the material on the printing tray.

For printing quality, I used the anti-static agent.

And I used the Primer for Glass / Crystal.

Now, i will print the Appreciation Letter on Crystal.

Color Limit : 35% (Mix Dot)

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

White Limit : 35% (Large Dot)

White Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

First, it prints the white for background,

second, it prints the color. 

The UV light was reflected by crystal a lot.

There is no white background, The focus is good matching.

It is done to print.

You can see the letter clearly.

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.
