Hello.

This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Plastic Part UV Printing Sample.

This sample was from our business partner.

 

 Let's look the materials.

 

 

 

 

Total 2 kinds of part.

One is white-semicircle part, the other is black-round hole part.

 

 

One is glossy, the other one is matt.

Firstly, i will print on the white part.

 

For the stable, i use the magentic bars and tape.

 

 

Our printer was covered with 60cm.

 

Color Limit : 30% (Large Dot)

Color Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi

 

Because the top surface is rounded, i use the Large Dot.

 

 

 

The printer printed only corrected position.

 

Printed letter and small icons was very clear.

 

It printed on white base material.

 

The logo image was located the center of material.

 

Because we want to print on the top, attached the material on the printer tray.

 

The inks was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

 

Logo color is very vivid.

 

Even small letter was also very clear.

 

Let's look it more closer.

 

 

This is done to print.

 

We can compare with 2 types of printing.

 

Next, I will print on the black matt material.

 

For the stable, I used the magnetic bars and tape.

 

White Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

White Limit : 30% (Large Dot)

 

 

Because the material had the rounded corner, i used the large dot printing.

 

The ink was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

 

At the last, the flat-side of material.

 

I used the magnetic bars and tape.

If we have the mould for this material, it will be more convenient for printing.

 

 

White Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

White Limit : 30% (Large Dot)

 

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Limit : 30% (Medium Dot)

 

 

 

The ink was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

 

This is done to print.

 

All the logo, letter, icons are very clear and vivid.

 

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.
