Hello.

This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Painted UV Printing Sample.

 

 Let's look the materials.

 

 

 

The metal was painted on the orange color.

 

Put on the material on the printing tray.

 

This time, i will arrange the color only printing.

 

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Inks : 30% (Mix Dot)

 

 

 

Because of printing color only, so you can see the background color.

 

The Ink was dired by the ray from UV LED LAMP.

 

The printing quality is good.

 

This is done to print, Color Only.

 

Now I will arrange to print Color + White.

 

White Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

White Inks : 35% (Large Dot)

 

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Inks : 30% (Mix Dot)

 

 

As you can see, DREAMJET UV PRINTER print white background and color at once.

 

This is differ from Color Only.

White + Color ( BOTTOM )

It is different.
