Hello. This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Tumbler UV Printing Sample by the 2 pass print of color + white.

 

We' ve already trested the Tritan tumbler bottle before.

But now, we will print the tumbler by the 2pass print of color + white. 

 

Let's look the tritan tumbler materials.

 

 

 

The bottle named "Eco-bottle",

because of the Tritan material was eco-friendly.

 

Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color inks : 30% (Mix dot)

White inks : 40% (Large dot)

 

 

 

As you can see, this is 2pass printing.

 

 

The Color is vivid,

and the white background and color is correctly matched.

 

The printing quality is also good.

We set the small nozzle size up and slowly, because of printing area is narrow.

 

 

 

 

 

The UV ink was dried by the UV led lamp.

 

After the bottle circled 1 time, the printing was finished.

 

 

It's done~

 

You can see the white background inside.

and the printing quality is very good.

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 Printer.

Hello. This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the COLOR + WHITE 2PASS UV Printing Sample.

 

One sample will be printed on the backside.

Second sample will be printed on the front.

 

Let's look the sample printing.

 

 

The material is clear film, very thin.

 

Let's print on backside first.

White Inks 50%, Resolution 1440x1440 dpi

Color Inks 30%, Resolution 1440x1440 dpi

 

 

 

It prints on color and white at the same time. 

 

Now, the color and white printing is at the same time.

so, it will be saved the time a lot for printing.

 

By 2Pass Printing ( color + white ),

it will be more better to product for saving time.

For example, phone cases, etc.

 

Let's print on the front.

White Inks 50%, Resolution 1440x1440 dpi

Color Inks 30%, Resolution 1440x1440 dpi  

 

 

 

As you can see, the printing sample is vivid and clean without light bands.

 

and overturn.

 

Printing on the backside is also vivid and clean without light bands.

 

Now we can print color + white by 2 pass,

it is more effective and productive.
