Today, I'm gonna show you the Lenticular Film UV Printing Sample.

This sample was from our business partner.

 

 Let's look the materials.

 

 

This is 3D Lenticular Film.

I will make the customized business card.

 

 

Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Limit : 30% (Mix Dot)

 

 

 

Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Limit : 30% (Mix Dot)

White Limit : 20% (Large Dot)

 

 

The centre image is more clear. Because of white background.

 

 

 

Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi

Color Limit : 35% (Mix Dot)

White Limit : 25% (Large Dot)

 

 

 

It is very simple steps.

 

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.

Hello.

This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the 3D Lenticular Film UV Printing Sample.

 

 Let's look the materials.

 

 

This is 3D Lenticular Film

 

 

As you can see the video, like a 3D Layer.

 

Put the material on the printer tray.

 

I will make the background by using the color print.

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Inks : 30% (Mix Dot)

 

 

 

The Inks was dried by UV LED Lamp.

 

Up & Down, Left & Right, i gave the 5mm space for looking like a frame.

 

On the background,

White Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

White Inks : 80% (Large Dot)

 

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Inks : 30% (Mix Dot)

 

 

Printed underwater creatures.

 

The Color was very vivid and clear.

 

The printing was finished.

 

Because of the 3D lenticular film, the background looks like the 3D Layer.

 

 

The process is very simple,

but the customized item is valuable.
