Hello.

This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Power Bank UV Printing Sample.

 

 Let's look the materials.

 

 

 

This is power bank based on white color.

 

 It also have a flashlight function.

 

Put the material on the printer tray.

 

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Inks : 30% (Mix Dot)

 

 

The inks was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

 

This is done to print the color only.

 

 

White Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

White Inks : 35% (Large Dot)

 

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Inks : 30% (Mix Dot)

 

I will print on the back side by this setting.

 

 

You can check it more solid.

 

 

So, it can very easy to make the customized power bank.

 

 

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Extensional Battery Printing Sample.

 

This extensional battery is from Kokiri.

The base of battery is white color, so it is easy to print on surface.

  

Let's look the material.  

 

 

 

Let's print on 4000 model first. 

 

 

For the stable, use the magentic bar on up and down side.

It will be only color printing.

 

Color Inks 25% / Resolution 2880x1440 dpi

 

 

We selected the famous painting image and simple image. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Printed custom images, as vivid and clean color printing. 

 

Now, we print on 2500 models.

 

Color Inks 24% / Resolution 1440x1440 dpi

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It finished to print the pattern images. 

 

After packing, it can be ready to sell.  

 

By Solvent printer(PC INK), it print the black color on back ground first.

 

White Inks 35% / Resolution 1440x1440 dpi

 

 

We print only the white color on black back ground.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

By using the white ink, the printing image has the three-dimensional effect.

 

 

It can use for customized extrnsional battery or promotional materials.
