This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Hand Mirror UV Printing Sample.

This sample was from our business partner.

 

 Let's look the materials.

 

 

 

 

I will print on the backside of hand mirror.

 

For stable while printing, i used the magnetic bars.

 

Color Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi

Color Limit : 35% (Mix Dot)

 

 

You can check with the video.

 

It was very vivid and clear.

 

White Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

White Inks : 20% (Large Dot)

 

Color Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi

Color Inks : 20% (Large Dot)

 

 

 

This is done to print, White + Color.

 

Left : White + Color Print / Right : Only Color Print

 

Now, i will print on 3 pieces with Only color print.

 

Color Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi

Color Inks : 20% (Large Dot)

 

 

At the same time, and different designs.

But the printing quality is good.

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.

Hello.

This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the MOBILE PHONE CASE (HARD) UV Printing Sample.

 

 Let's look the materials.

 

 

 

This is PC Hard Case for mobile phone.

 

Using the white solid inks, i will make the 3D layer print sample.

 

Put the phone case on the printer tray.

 

So, i will print the 3 times. (Color - White - Color)

 

Firstly, Color Printing.

Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Inks : 30% (Mix Dot)

 

 

The Inks was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

Because of the transparency phone case, so the light reflex is strong than the other materials.

 

This is done to print, background color.

 

Secondly, White Printing.

Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

White Inks : 200% (Large Dot)

 

For more 3D Layer, I will print the white parts for two times.

 

 

 

Model No.1 : Lace + Moon Pattern

Model No.2 : Line Heart Pattern

 

It is enough to print the 3d Layer.

(White Printing 2 times) 

 

You can't see by the photo, but It is very heavy to print solid white color.

 

Thirdly, Now i will print the color last.

Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Inks : 30% (Mix Dot)

 

 

 

Model No.1 : Yellow Color (Gradation)

Model No.2 : Pink Color (Point Spot)

 

This is done to print.

 

 

 

We can get the color and 3d layer at once

by the DREAMJET329 UV PRINTER.

 

 

 

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.
