This is DREAMJET KOREA

Today, I'm gonna show you the Aluminium Printing by DREAMJET329 UV printer.

This sample was from our business partner.

Let's look the materials.

This is aluminium plate.

Center of material is matt / Side of material is glossy.

To set the material on the printer tray.

White Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

White Ink : 200% (Large Dot) x 2 times+

 

The white printing, it makes the feeling of 3D layer.

The ink was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

It is 2 times, white printing.

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Limit : 35% (Medium + Large Dot)

Yellow color printed on the white printing.

Can you see the difference with yellow color and black color?

This is done to print.

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.

Hello.

This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Aluminium Plate Printing Sample.

We will do 3D Layer printing by DREAMJET UV Printer

 

 Let's look the materials.

 

 

 

This is the Aluminium Plate after sanding processing.

 

 

You can check with video clip.

 

I will print the background by color printing first,

and then i will print the white 3d layer by white printing.

 

Put the material on the printing tray.

 

Color Resolution : 600 x 1200 dpi

Color Inks : 75% (Medium Dot)

 

 

The inks was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

 

It was Color Only Printing, So you can see the original material feeling.

 

It will be done to color print.

 

 

The White printing is now.

 

The white inks appeared on the color background.

 

It printed 50%.

As you can see, this is Paris Eiffel Tower.

 

The white inks was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

 

This is done to print.

1 Time : White

 

This is done to print.

White : 3 Times

It is more deeper than 1 time print.

 

At last, this is 5 times printing.

It is more deeper than 1~3 time printing. 

 

If the material is big size,

you can choose our Dreamjet 600 Printer.

 

 

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET600 UV Printer.
