This is DREAMJET KOREA

Today, I'm gonna show you the Cosmetic Cover (PP) by DREAMJET329 UV printer.

This sample was from our business partner.

Let's look the materials.

Light Blue Cover.

To set the material on the printer tray.

White Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

White Limit : 30% (Large Dot)

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Limit : 35% (Mix Dot)

It prints the color and white at the same time.

The ink was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

This is done to print.

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.

Hello.

This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Cosmetic Powder Puff UV Printing Sample.

This sample was from our business partner.

 

 Let's look the materials.

 

 

 

It is very failiar with the makeup.

 

Backside is white,

Frontside is brown.

We will print on backside.

 

I attached the puff on the printer tray,

and used the magnetic bar for stable.

 

 

Color Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi

Color Ink Limit : 35% (Mix Dot)

 

 

 

 

It was printed the fruit images.

 

Now, i will printed another image.

 

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Ink Limit : 30% (Mix Dot)

 

 

It is more faster than before, because of changed resolution.

 

 

Up : 2880 x 1440 dpi

Bottom : 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

Can you see the difference?

 

Banding, Crocking,,,,

 

It does not matter with our printing.

 

It's very clear and vivid.

You can make the customized power puff, as you can see.

Let's look the cosmetic plastic cover materials.

 

 

 

Put the material on the tray.

 

We'll print only color.

 

Color Inks 25% / Resolution 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

 

The color print on cosmetic cover vividly.

 

It finished. 

 

It is good quality, it can be sell at market.

And next sample will be print on white part / color part.

 

 

Firstly,

White Inks 30% / Resolution 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

 

White Printing is finished.

 

Color Inks 25% / Resolution 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

 

White + Color Print is also finished.

 

( Left ) White + Color / ( Right ) Only Color 

As you can see by photo, there is different with two of samples.
