Today, I'm gonna show you the Mini Wooden Frame by DREAMJET329 UV printer.

This sample was from our business partner.

Let's look the materials.

6cm x 6cm : Mini Wooden Frame

The magnetic clip is in backside for standing.

The materials set on the printer tray.

Color Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi

Color Ink Limit : 40% (Mix Dot)

Printed color was very vivid.

The ink was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

Printing Quality is good.

It was very easy to make the customized wooden frame.

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Eco-Friendly Wooden Frame UV Printing Sample.

 This time, we use the DREAMJET600 UV Printer machine.

DREAMJET600 UV is our new machine
 

Let's look the materials.

 

 

 

This is normal wooden panel.

 

Set the material on the printing tray.

Dreamjet600 is covered 600 x 450mm material.

 

Color Resolution : 600 x 1200 dpi (12 Pass)

Color Inks : 80% (Medium Dot)

 

 

The UV LED Lamp is more stronger than DREAMJET329 UV 

 

Now is printing.

Can you see the color texture?

 

We are printing color only,

so you can see the feeling of wooden texture also.

 

 

You can see the printing video.

 

 

This is done to print.

 

The color is very clear and vivid.

 

This is original wood grain. 

 

The printed Wooden Frame can be used the interior item. 

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET600 UV Printer.
