This is DREAMJET KOREA

Today, I'm gonna show you the Acrylic Printing by DREAMJET600 UV printer.

This sample was from our business partner.

Let's look the materials.

This is control panel (Acrylic), it has the 3mm thickness.

Using the making tape, to prevent the ink spray through the holes.

Color Resolution : 600 x 1200 dpi

Color Limit : 110% (Medium Dot)

White Resolution : 600 x 1200 dpi

White Limit : 100% (Large Dot)

Now, it prints the color first - white back ground, reversal printing.

The ink was dried by the UV Lamp.

Dreamjet600 UV Printer can make the large-size material. 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET600 UV Printer.

I will print on 6 pcs material, print each 2 pcs by different resolutions

 

Set the material on the printer tray.

 

1.

Print Resolution : 600 x 1200 dpi

Medium Dot (16 Pass)

C,W = 100%

Normal Speed (Uni-directional)

 

 

 

 

 

This is done to print.

 

 

2.

Print Resolution : 1200 x 1200 dpi

Medium Dot (16 Pass)

C,W = 70%

Normal Speed (Uni-directional)

 

 

3.

Print Resolution : 600 x 900 dpi

Medium Dot (12 Pass)

C,W = 120%

Normal Speed (Uni-directional)

 

 

This is done to print.

 

You can select the quality and time

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET600 UV Printer.

 Let's look the materials.

 

 

This is metal frame for glasses.

 

No pattern and thin.

 

Put the material on the printing tray. 

 

Attached by the double-sided adhensive tape for stable.

 

Clean up with the anti-static agent.

 Color Resolution 600 x 1200 dpi
Color Limit 110% (Medium Dot)

 

The inks was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

This is only color print.
So, it is not clear to see now.

It is very vivid and colorful printing.

 

It is done to print.

 

Even the large format printer, it can print very clear and vivid.

 

 

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET600 UV Printer.
