Hello.

This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the SOJU Glass Printing Sample.

 

 Let's look the materials.

 

 

 

Transparency Glass, We are called SOJU Glass.

Glass Cup for SOJU. 🍶

 

I will print on the bottom of the SOJU Glass.

Normally, printing is the white first, color next.

But this time i will arrange to print the color first, white next for backside printing.

 

Let put the material on the printer tray.

 

Color Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi

Color Inks : 35% (Medium Dot)

 

White Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi

White Inks : 45% (Large Dot)

 

 

 

As you can see, the color images was printed. 😆

 

The Inks was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

 

This is done to print / Color Only /.

 

 

Now, it printed white back ground.

 

This is done to print / White Back Ground /.

 

You can find out the printed image on the glass inside.

 

As you can see,

you can make the customized glass easily.

 

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.

This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Tempered Glass Printing Sample.

It's very thin and clear material.

 

Let's look the materials.

 

 

Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi (Color / White)

Color Inks : 35% (Mix Dot)

White Inks : 100% (Large Dot)

 

 

Firstly, Color printing starts and

Secondly, White printing starts at the one step.

 

 

It is 2880 x 1440 dpi printing,

so it needs more time than 1440 x 1440 dpi or under resolutions.

 

The printer head is moving.

 

On the top, the white background was printed.

 

The Inks was dried by UV LED Lamp.

 

This is done to print.

We use the color print and after white print.

so it is very clean surface.

 

 

If we use the High Resolution Image as like a sample,

It can print the High Quality.

 

In Photo Studio, it can use the photo printing item with frame.

 

 

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.
