Hello.

This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Stainless Steel UV Printing Sample.

 

 Let's look the materials.

 

 

 

 

This is normal stainless steel piece.

I will wipe the material with metal primer.

 

Set the material on the printer tray.

After the printing, will roast on 50 degrees C in a kiln. 

 

Firstly, i print Only Color print.

Color Limit 35% (Mix Dot)

Color Resolution 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

 

 

This is only color printing.

So, the printed color was more darker than printing with white background.

 

The ink was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

 

This is done to Only Color Print.

 

Now, i will print White + Color on the other side.

 

White Limit 35% (Large Dot)

White Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

Color Limit : 35% (Mix Dot)

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

 

 

As you can see, the white print was first, and color print is second.

 

And the color was more brighter than Only Color Printing,

because of white background printing.

 

And i roasted the printed material on 50 degrees C in a kiln at 30 minute.

 

 

I tested crocking but the printed was very strong.

 

This is Only Color Printing

 

This is White + Color Printing.

 

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.

This material is SUS material.

SUS means Steel Use Stainless.

  

Let's look the material.

 

 

This is glossy sliver material.

 

For the height balance, we set up the magnetic bar on the under side.

 

White Inks 30% / Resolution 1440*1440dpi

Color Inks 25% / Resolution 1440*1440dpi

 

 

 

Let's start the white print first.

 

Print the image and number on the Postbox.

 

The light is from UV LED Lamp.

 

It was very clear.

 

 

Now, Color printing starts.

 

It was done to print.

It consists of the image and number and logo.

 

 

It finished the postbox printing.

Very clear and simple.

 

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 Printer.
