[DREAMJET KOREA] Acrylic / UV PRINT / 아크릴 인쇄

This is DREAMJET KOREA

Today, I'm gonna show you the Acrylic Printing by DREAMJET600 UV printer.

This sample was from our business partner.

Let's look the materials.

This is control panel (Acrylic), it has the 3mm thickness.

Using the making tape, to prevent the ink spray through the holes.

Color Resolution : 600 x 1200 dpi

Color Limit : 110% (Medium Dot)

White Resolution : 600 x 1200 dpi

White Limit : 100% (Large Dot)

Now, it prints the color first - white back ground, reversal printing.

The ink was dried by the UV Lamp.

Dreamjet600 UV Printer can make the large-size material. 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET600 UV Printer.

Hello.

This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the ACRYLIC SANDGLASS UV Printing Sample.

 

 Let's look the materials.

 

 

This is the transparent acrylic sandglass.

 

The pink color sand was inside.

 

 

I arranged the material on the printer tray.

I will print the 1) Color UV Print 2) White + Color UV Print.

 

Firstly, Color UV Print once.

 

Color Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi

Color Inks : 35% (Mix Dot)

 

 

It is only to print Color UV, so we can not see to check original image.

 

The inks was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

This is done to Color UV Print.

White Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi
White Inks  : 30% (Large Dot)

Color Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi
Color Inks : 35% (Mix Dot)

Now, we can see the color image.

As you can see, it printed on previous Color UV Print.

 

The inks was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

 

This is done to print.

As compared, It is more colorful than before.

 

 

You can see the movie.

 

So, we can make the customized sandglass, very easily.

 

 

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.
