[DREAMJET KOREA] Shoe Insole / UV PRINT / Eco-Solvent PRINT / 신발깔창 인쇄

Hello.

This is DREAMJET KOREA

Today, I'm gonna show you the Shoe Insole UV and Eco-Solvent Printing Sample.

This sample was from our business partner.

Let's look the materials.

This is the synthetic leather,

and it was white background.

And i will print by the UV, Direct, PC ink.

1) UV PRINT

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Limit : 35% (Mix Dot)

The Font size is 23~24PT. 

This is done to print on left & right side.

Now, i print the Direct ink.

2) Direct Ink

Color Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi

Color Limit : 25%(Mix)

This is more slower than the previous UV Print,

because the color resolution is different.

This is done to print on left & right side.

Now, i will print by the PC ink.

3) PC Ink

Color Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi

Color Limit : 25% (Mix Dot)

This is done to print on left & right side.

How about the sample?

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 Printer.

 Hello. This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the T-Shirt Sample by DREAMJET329 Textile Printer.

 

Let's look 100% Cotton T-Shirt Material.

 

 

 

This is normal white 100% cotton t-shirt.

 

This is the T-shirt zig, for stable fabric.

 

1) Isolate the tools

 

2) Put the T-shirt on the Zig. 

 

3) Assemble the tool on the t-shirt.

 

4) Arrange the sleeves, etc.

 

Put the whole material and zig on the printer table.

 

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Limit : 90% (Mix Dot)

 

 

Printing on the T-shirt directly.

 

This is done to print.

 

Now, isolate the zig tool.

 

Pressing with heating press machine, 1 minute.

 

This is really done to print on the T-shirt.

 

To print the another image.
