Hello.

This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Cement Flower Pot UV Printing Sample.

 

 Let's look the materials.

 

 

 

This is a flower pot.

We can print on the surface, Ex. logo and message.

 

 

 

As you can see,

our DREAMJET 329 UV Printer can cover the Max. 15CM height of material.

This flower pot is about 10cm height.

 

We use the magnetic bar for stable.

 

White Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

White Inks : 80% (Large Dot)

 

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Inks : 25% (Large Dot)

 

 

 

As you can see, the white inks first, and the color inks sprayed.

 

We use the 80% White inks, so the printing surface is thick.

 

The inks was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

 

This is done to print, so we can make the customized flower pot.

Color Resolution 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Inks 25% (Large Dot)

 

This is color only printing.

so the feeling is different.

 

White Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi / White Inks : 80% (Large Dot)

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi / Color Inks : 25% (Large Dot)

Hello. This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Flower Pot UV Printing Sample.

 

The flower pot the material is the cement.

Color is neutral tint, and the surface is soft.

 

Nowdays, it is famous the flower pot printed on calligraphy for gift in market.  

 

Let's look the material.

 

 

 

It is consist of the stand and pot separately.

 

It is okay to print,

because The print height is Max 15CM available by Dreamjet 329 UV Printer.

 

Now, we will print only color on one side of the flowerpot.

Color Inks 25%, Resolution 2880x1440 dpi

 

Image is flower photo and calligraphy, so we set a high resolution.

 

 

"I Love Parents"

 

It is best gift for Parents' day

 

It looks like little dark, because it only print on pot's neutral tint background.

But the printing image is very clean and vivid.

 

On the other side, we will print white + color image.

White Inks 30% / Resolution 2880x1440 dpi

Color Inks 25% / Resolution 2880x1440 dpi

 

Let's look the movie.

 

 

The white print is finished, holes is flower pot's original surface.

 

Now, we will print the color on white printing.

 

 

 

 

▲ This is color print once.

 

▲ This is white + color print.

Because of white back ground, the white + color print is more bright than only color print.

As like a painting on white board.

 

At last, we plant a fleshy plant.

The custom pot is best match for private gift.
