Today, I'm gonna show you the TPU Phone Case by DREAMJET329 UV printer.

This sample was from our business partner.

Let's look the materials.

White Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

White Dot : 35% (Large Dot)

We set the TPU phone case on the printer tray by the tape.

The ink was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

It is so fast, it will print on the second low.

Next Sample, We will print the transparent.

Correctly, it printed on transparent ink.

It was also dried by the UV LED Lamp.

It can make the customized printing.

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Transparent TPU Phone Case UV Printing Sample.

 

TPU is Thermoplastic Poly Urethane,

It used on shoes soles, because of its durability and anti-abrasion.

It is good at elasticity strength, so even use as the material of car and airplain.

 

Let's look the TPU phone case materials.

 

 

We have a mould for making each 9pcs phone case.

This mould is made of Aluminium.

 

Put on the Dreamjet329 Printer Tray. 

 

Put the Transparent TPU Phone Case on the 9pcs phone case mould.

 

White Inks 30% / Resolution 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

 

Surely, It can print the each different images.

 

For color development, we print white inks on the TPU CASE first.

After then, we print color on white base.

Color Inks 25% / Resolution 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

 

It prints for color logo.

 

 

 

The quality of printing samples is good of merchantable. 

Now, we can sell the customized TPU Phone Case.
