CLOCK / WALL CLOCK UV PRINT
Hello.
This is DREAMJET KOREA.
Today, I'm gonna show you the Clock Printing Sample.
The clock diameter is 26CM, it can use the wall clock.
Let's look the materials.
It based wooden and white background.
It set the clock panel on the printer tray.
For stable, i used the magnetic bar.
Color Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi
Color Inks : 35% (Mix Dot)
I will print the color first,
and then by using the white printing, it can have the three dimensional effect.
It covered the grey color.
The inks was dried by UV LED Lamp.
The wall clock panel covered with the grey color back ground.
and we will print the white color on the back ground.
It can make the three-dimentional depths for design.
White Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi
White Inks : 150% (Large Dot)
It is printing by under the white inks 150%,
So it can see the three-dimension depths.
The inks was dried by the UV LED Lamp.
This is done to print.
It can use the clock back panel.
These are another images.
Based on the High Resolution Images, it can make the High Quality Printing.
All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.
