Hello. This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the TUMBLER UV Printing Sample.

 

Do you remember "My Bottle" goods?

This is material of "My Bottle".

 

Let's look the material.

 

 

This is not plastic, TRITAN.

Tritan material used on the baby bottle.

So, Eco-friend and safe.

 

 

 

We will print on 1 time color print under the following setting.

 

Color Inks 20% / Resolution 2880x1440dpi / Middle Dot

 

 

This wheel helps to print the cylindrical material.

While it prints, the printing surface is turning by the wheel.

 

This mechanism movement, you can see the video.

 

 

Let's start print. 

 

The print plate ready to print move on back side.

You can see the sample by video.

 

 

For checking the print quality,

white paper inside the bottle.

 

Color and Print Quality is pretty good.

 

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 Printer.

Hello. This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the TPU Smartwatch Band UV Printing Sample.

 

The Smart Watch Band.

There is a lot of material - ex. metal, leather.

 

Today, We are print on TPU material Smartband Watch.

 

 

TPU is Thermoplastic Poly Urethane.

TPU material band has an elasticity.

 

 

For preventing the dirty, OHP Film is covered with printing grid before printing.

 

< Sample 1. Only Color Printing >

 

Now, We are printing by "Only Color" on right side. 

 

The Setting Point is color 25% / Resolution 1440x1440 dpi

 

 

It is harmonized with original material texture.

 

< Sample 2. White / Color Printing >

 

The setting point is

White 25% / Resolution 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color 25% / Resolution 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

 

First, White Printing.

 



 

 

Second, Color Printing.

 

 

 

This is Sample 2. White + Color Printing. △

 

This is Sample 1. Only Color Printing. △

 

This is Sample 2. White + Color Printing. △

 

This is Sample 1. Only Color Printing. △

 

There is some difference.

 

On white material do not need a white printing.

1 time printing of "Only Color" is enough to present the original color.

 

 

 

  All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 Printer.
