Clear Acrylic Print / Clear Acrylic Rear Print / Acrylic Photo Print
Hello.
This is DREAMJET KOREA.
Today, I'm gonna show you the Acrylic Printing Sample.
By using the white + color UV Print, we will do rear print to clear acrylic.
Let's look the materials.
This is clear acrylic for printing.
For the stable position, we use the magnetic bars.
It is the rear side printing.
Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi
Color & White Inks : 30%
The print head moves with color and white inks at once.
And the Inks was dried by the UV LED Lamp.
The white back ground is little thin.
So, i arrange the white print once again.
This is done to print.
and reverse the acrylic panel.
Finished, This is acrylic frame.
The back side is white.
By using the UV rear printing, we can make the Acrylic photo frame item.
All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.
