Today, I'm gonna show you the T-Shirt Sample.

 

Let's look 100% Cotton T-Shirt Material.

 

 

This is White T-Shirt.

 

And use our print mould for T-shirt.

 

The mould can make the T-Shirt material flat stable.

It is very simple.

 

T-shirt on the print tray.

 

 

 

 DREAMJET329 prints the image on T-Shirt by the waterbase textile ink (CMYK, CMYK).

 

The color and feeling is good.

Even T-shirt, handkerchief, ecobag, fabric, etc.

 

 

The print is finished.

 

For keeping the color printing,

We have the step to press by the heating press machine.

As you can see, the following video and photo.

 

 

 

It makes the inks dry, color fastness to washing.

 

 

( Ink amount : 80% / Resolution : 1440*1440dpi )

 

Now, we print the image like a watercolor.

 

and it is also finished by same step.

 

It needs 1 min 30 sec for printing,

1 min for heat pressing,

So, one customized T-shirt needs total about 3 min. 

It was very simple progress.

Today, I'm gonna show you the TUMBLER UV Printing Sample.

 

Do you remember "My Bottle" goods?

This is material of "My Bottle".

 

Let's look the material.

 

 

This is not plastic, TRITAN.

Tritan material used on the baby bottle.

So, Eco-friend and safe.

 

 

 

We will print on 1 time color print under the following setting.

 

Color Inks 20% / Resolution 2880x1440dpi / Middle Dot

 

 

This wheel helps to print the cylindrical material.

While it prints, the printing surface is turning by the wheel.

 

This mechanism movement, you can see the video.

 

 

Let's start print.

For checking the print quality,
