Hello. This is DREAMJET KOREA.
Today, I'm gonna show you the Palette Printing Sample.
This palette is for kids, use to paint.
Let's look the materials.
It's the white plastic.
We will print the character and logo on the palette
by Solvent Printer (PC inks) and UV Printer separately.
At first, we will print by Solvent Printer (PC inks)
The material is on the printing tray.
For keeping the material stable,
we will use the magnetic bar.
The print setting is
Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi
Color inks : 30% (Mix Dot)
For drying inks, we set to print 2880 x 1440 dpi up slowly.
The printing quality is very good, and color is also vivid.
And now, we will print on the backside by UV Printer.
The print setting is
Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi
Color inks : 30% (Mix Dot)
The material is white background color,
so it do not need white print.
The printing is done.
The printing quality is very good, and color is also vivid.
It can be sold in the art supply market or stationery store.
All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 Printer.
