Hello.

This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Acrylic Panel UV Printing Sample.

 

 Let's look the materials.

 

 

 

This is clear rectangle panel.

 

This is clear panel, so we do backside printing.

 

Put the material on the printer tray.

 

For stable, we use the magnetic bars.

 

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Inks : 30% (Mix Dot)

 

White Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

White Inks : 45% (Large Dot)

 

 

The inks was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

 

Now is Color Printing first, and White Printing.

So we can only see the white surface.

 

We have to do head cleaning, print on transparent,

because of strong light reflection.

 

This is done to print. 1) Color + 2) White Printing.

 

 

After finished, turn its inside out.

 

Wow! the image quality is good.

 

We can make the customized acrylic frame.

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.
