Hello. This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Tile Printing Sample.

 It is a kind of interior piece.

I will UV print on the soild color of tile.

 

Let's look the materials

 

 

 

It is a pottery tile based white color.

 

This is back side of tile.

 

Put on the checked print tray (0,5).

 

 

For making 3D effect.

I will print on white color by following the setting point.

 

White Inks : 200% (Large Dot)

Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

 

 

White inks makes the shade.

 

This is done, 1 time white printing.

 

We need more depths, arrange to white print more times.

 

This is 2 times white printing.

 

This is 3 times white printing. It was more depths than 1 time printing.

 

and last time, I arrange to print white & color at once.

 

White Inks : 200% (Large Dot)

Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

Color Inks : 30% (Mix Dot)

Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

 

 

 

It can express to print even the thin stems vividly.

 

It can show the white print once again while printing.

 

Do you feel the depth on image?

 

Color, depths are also good quality.

 

Finish.

Total, 4 times white printing + 1 time color printing.

 

 

 

It is good at the interior piece
