Hello. This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Ball Pen Printing Sample.

 Now, the ball pen of various type is for the sales promotion gift.

 

Let's look the materials

 

 

 

This ball pen has the clip, specific type.

 

This type is normal, i will arrange the print image on side of ball pen.

 

Today, I print on the ball pen without the mold,

So, it needs the double sided tape for keeping stable. 

 

The part of clip is white color base.

So, i arrange the color print only.

 

Color inks : 20% (Large Dot)

Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

 

 

Color is vivid and clear dot, so it is good for letter and logo.

 

 

Now, we will print on side of ball pen.

We print the white color only.

 

White inks : 20% (Large)

Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

 

This is done.

The letter is quite clear.

 

We are done to print on clip ball pen.

 

I use the magnetic bar on this type ball pen, for stable.

 

And, I print on white color only, same as before.

 

 

As you can see, the letter is very clear.

 

As you can see, UV  Printing is very clear.

 

 

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.
