 Hello. This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Glass Lamp Cover Printing Sample.

 Glass Lamp Cover is very big size (52CM).

So this time we use the DREAMJET600 UV Printer machine.

DREAMJET600 UV is our new machine.

 

Let's look the materials

 

 

 

Inside is non-clear coating.

 

The material positioning is for the center of the glass panel.

 

Press the standby button.

 

Color Inks : 40% (Mix Dot)

Resolution : 600 x 1200 dpi

Speed : 8 Pass

 

And Print Color Only

 

 

It is differ from Dreamjet329 UV Printer, More Bigger. 

 

The UV Lamp is more stronger than Dreamjet329 UV Printer

 

Originally, Non-Clear cover base,

So the printed color is vivid.

 

There is no banding effect, clear.

 

On the middle, it is our logo.

 

And same as first one pattern.

 

This is done to print.

 

If the material is big size, you needs more big size printing.

Choose the DREAMJET600 UV Printer.
