This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the PET Card Printing Sample.

I will print the QR Code on the PET Card.

 

Let's look the materials.

 

 

 

 

This material is PET, very thin as similar the playing card.

 

 

and, I will print the QR code on it.

 

 

We use the Vacuum system for stable.

 

 

 

It sets up the position.

 

 

Color Inks : 30%

Resolution : 1440 X 1440 dpi 

 

 

 

As you can see, the printed inks was dried by the UV LED Lamp.

 

 

 

  

 

All the QR Code is very clear and vivid.

 

This is done to print.

 

And these card can recognized by QR code scanner.

Total 2m 25sec

 

2) 1440 x 720 dpi

Total 1m 17sec

 

So, UV Printer can use the various material.

 

 

 

All sample is printed by Our DREAMJET329 UV Printer.
