This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Wooden Panel Sample.

It is a kind of interior design item, eco-friendly.

I will make the two type of printing, 1) Only Color 2) Color + White.

 

Let's look the materials.

 

 

We can see the wooden panel's grain.

and it has the white back ground.

 

Put the material on the printing tray.

 

Color Inks : 30% (Mix Dot)

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

It helps the material more natural.

 

 

We can see the grain of wooden panel.

 

It is done to print.

 

In Only Color Printing, we can also see the material's feeling.

 

Now, on the reversal, I will print the Color and White printing.

 

White Inks : 50% (Large Dot)

White Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

Color Inks : 30% (Mix Dot)

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

 

 

 

As you can see, It can print the white and color at the same time.

 

The inks was dried by UV LED Lamp.

 

It's very clean and vivid.

It looks like the printing on the photographic paper.

 

It's done to print.
