 Hello.

This is DREAMJET KOREA.

Today, I'm gonna show you the Wooden Frame Sample.

It is a kind of interior design item, eco-friendly.

I will make the two type of printing, 1) Solvent Print 2) UV Print.

 

Let's look the materials.

 

 

The white back ground is on the top.

 

This is back side, we can see the grain of wooden frame.

 

Firstly, I will print on the top by UV Printer.

 

White Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

White Inks : 50% (Large Dot)

 

Color Resolution : 1440 x 1440 dpi

Color Inks : 30% (Mix Dot)

 

 

Originally, it has white back ground, so we can not see the printing white color.

 

 

 

But you can see the printing color.

 

 

 

 

It is done to print.

 

It is very clean and vivid.

 

Now, i will print by Solvent Print.

 

Resolution : 2880 x 1440 dpi

Inks : 25% (Mix Dot)

 

 

The Solvent inks was dried by air.

so, it does not need the UV LED Lamp.

 

 

    

 

It is done to print.

 

Solvent printing is also very clear and vivid.
